On the sales page across from where is says order status their is a drop down that says Problem?Order Inquiry When you click that drop down one option will say, report a problem with a return. She ruined my perfect 5 star rating with a one star. Nothing bad. Their customer service has been a complete turn off for me and Im done using them after the earning from my last sale come through. Even this turned out to be a terrible experience. I just feel that sellers should be mindful about the real worth of an used item. She also has comments from other poshmark accounts calling her out on being a bad seller and harassing them to which she responds by calling them names like whore and piece of shit. Another complained the item reeked of cigarette smoke, likely from the box I used as we dont smoke in our house but the box was sitting in our mud room which we sometimes smoke on. So if they buy it on a Saturday afternoon and your local PO is closed it doesnt get shipped until Monday and, if Monday is a Federal Holiday then it gets shipped Tuesday and , that is held against your record of shipping even though you had no control over the days the PO was closed .
